You've likely heard about the Coronavirus (officially called "2019-Novel Coronavirus" or "COVID-19") in the news. While the immediate health risk remains low to Americans and there isn't a vaccine yet, there are still ways that you can help prevent the spread of this virus.
Some common steps to help prevent the spread of this illness or other illnesses, including the flu:
Wash your hands often for at least 20 seonds with soap and water,
If soap and water not available use a 60% Hand sanitizer
Practice good health habits
Sneeze or cough Cover your mouth
Disinfect surfaces around your home and work area.
Cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze,
Stay home when you're sick, and
Avoid close contact with people who are sick
See your doctor if you think you're ill.

3.Practice self care make sure to schedule alone time, Schedule medical appointments to maintain your health if your
sick you won't be able to help a love one.
4. Stay connected join support groups it can help manage stress, and allow you to communicate with someone who understands your concerns.

1.Know side effects of medication
2.Have vision checked regularly
3.Look around home for any hazards
4. Make sure pathways are clear
5. Check shoes for non-slip soles
6. Utilize Adaptive equipment
7.Make sure proper lighting
8. Check wheelchair,walker to make sure in good working condition
9. Keep frequently used items in reach
10. Notify MD if change in Gait or Balance
